Mallory N. Garth
Mallory Garth practices in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile and family law, and civil litigation in the federal and state courts of Nebraska, and in the state courts of Colorado. Mallory was admitted to practice law in Colorado in October 2010, and in addition to criminal defense had a special focus in wildlife law, defending individuals charged with violating Colorado wildlife laws. In June 2011, Mallory relocated to Omaha, NE where she currently practices law at Dornan, Lustgarten & Troia PC, LLO.
