Jason E. Troia
Grandson to the late Joseph Troia who began practicing law in Omaha in 1940 and son to current District Court Judge Joseph Troia. Primarily specializes in criminal defense. Has returned over $300,000.00 and multiple vehicles to his clients in civil forfeiture actions where the government has wrongfully seized property. Extensive success in obtaining reduced charges for drunk driving offenders. Enjoys the challenge of finding mistakes made by law enforcement officers and developing rehabilitation plans for clients that will convince the court to give them an opportunity to avoid a jail sentence or be released from jail pending resolution of the case.
